A 98th Birthday Celebration was held for Fannie Curry on Saturday, August 2, 2008, at Summit Manor Health & Rehab. "Granny Curry's" 98th birthday will be Tuesday, August 5, 2008 Her seven children were present to celebrate with her, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Celebrating with her were her seven children: Beulah Carter, Eulah Helm, Raymond Curry, Gilbert Curry, Marshall Curry, Kenneth Curry, and Lewis Curry. -TERESA BRIGHT

Fannie Curry celebrated her 98th birthday with her family including a host of grandchildren, and grandchildren, and her seven children, above. They are, from left, daughters Beulah Carter and Eulah Helm and on the back row, five sons, Raymond Curry, Gilbert Curry, Marshall Curry, Kenneth Curry, and Lewis Curry. The celebration was Saturday, August 2, 2008. Mrs. Curry will be 98 on Tuesday, August 5, 2008.
