KSP holds retirement dinner for six at LWC

Dinner honors writer's mother, Dispatcher Della F. Shaw, and Capt. Greg Speck, Sgt. Rob Winsett, Detective Tony Wells, Sgt. Bobby Sullivan, and Supervisor Dickie Scholl

I wanted to share some pictures from the Kentucky State Police Post 15 retirement dinner which was held on July 25, 2008.July 31 is the last day of work at the post for my mother, Shift Supervisor Della Shaw, who began working at KSP on February 16, 1981.Also retiring are the following, with their date of employment:
  • Captain Greg Speck, September 25, 1988
  • Sgt. Rob Winsett, October 31, 1982
  • Detective Tony Wells, October 31, 1982
  • Sgt. Bobby Sullivan, October 14, 1984
  • and Supervisor Dickie Scholl, August 1, 1974
The dinner was held at Lindsey Wilson College's Roberta C. Cranmer Dining Center.
