KY Champions Adair-Clinton Black Ice defeats Iillinois 20-3

Adair/Clinton Black Ice has defeated Illiniois 20-3 in five innings. Their next game will be Friday, July 25, 2008 at 1:00pmCT against Michigan.

The Black Ice must win two of the first three games to advance to the semifinals on Monday, July 28, 2008.



With victory over Michigan tomorrow, and/or over Indiana on Saturday, they can clinch a spot in the semi finals.

Members of the Kentucky State Champion Adair/Clinton Black Ice from Adair County are Meredith Corbin, McKenzie Martin, Hailey McBeath, Hailey Burton, Dariann Smith and Shauna Davis.

Members from Clinton County are Chelsea Brown, Chelsea Sampson, Kayla Walls, Brooke Boils, Samantha Pillar and Maria White.

The manager is Mendel Sexton and coaches are LaGene Corbin and Kathy Walls.
