Obituary: Glen Grady, 67, dies in Louisville


Mr. Grady was a member of a large, highly regarded Adair County family

Glen Grady, 67, Columbia, KY, died Monday, July 21, 2008, at the University of Louisville, after an illness.

The funeral service will be Friday, July 25, 2008, at 1:00pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating.

He was the son of the late Osby and Nina Lee Johnson Grady and a former truck driver.

She is survived by his wife, Carrie K. Turner Grady, Campbellsville, KY, and he following:
  • Five sons: Tony Grady, Columbia, KY; Travis Grady and Stephen Grady, both of Campbellsville, KY; Greg Christopher Grady, Louisville; and Zachary Wheat of Idaho.

  • Two daughters: Marge Grady Stone, Louisville, KY; and Carol Grady, Campbellsville, KY

  • And eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren
Burial will be in the Grady-Jones Cemetery.Visitation will be after 11:00amCT, Friday, July 25, 2008, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
