Breaking News: Concrete Pour moved up to 9-9:30am today Lisa Lee in Judge Ann Melton's office called to announce that the Big Concrete Pour on the Great Wall on Crocus Creek has been moved up to 9-9:30am this morning. Among dignitaries to be present, besides Judge Melton and Third District Magistrate Sammy Baker, will be the Honorable Bam Carney, candidate for 51st District Representative.
