With fried fish, shrimp, froglegs, breaded oysters, clams + A combination seafood platter Rerun Cornelison was already one of Adair County's best known cooks when he went to took over Holmes Bend General Store. Family members and members of the Adair County Sportsman's Club knew he just had a knack, a style, a flair for cooking good food. Especially fish and seafood. Today, Friday, July 11, 2008, is Fish and Seafood Day at Rerun's. People who learned to learn to love seafood at Calabash, NC, or in Louisville at Mazzoni's for oysters, or at Kingfish or Mike Lennigs on Cane Run Road will find a seafood feast today reminiscent of the food we used to find on the groaning boards of the New Orleans House.
