(ADV) Ol' Joe's B&B Que: The Loaded Potato

2008-07-04 - North Bank of Russell Creek, Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY - Photo By CM Adv. Dept..
AN OL' JOE's Original: In truth, it is the creation of Susan Lynn Barbee who introduced the famed dish to Ol' Joe's to let barbecue lovers have their veggies, too. It starts with a huge potato, scrubbed and slow roasted in Ol' Joe's barbecue smoker. Then generous dips of butter and sour cream are added. Next there's hearty portions of Ol' Joe's pulled pork, then a layer of sour cream; that's smothered with shredded cheese, and the whole thing garnished with chopped garden fresh green onions, then three whole hot pepper pods, full of endorphins, are put on the side. Then you add the Ol' Joe's sauce, salt and pepper to taste. It's an unbelievable feast. The only warning we can give is that once you try it you may never want anything else. A lot Ol' Joe's customers want no other entree. See MENU , then call (270) 384-2360 for expedited and bulk orders.
