Jeep crashes into tree on KY 61 3 miles south of Columbia, KY POLICE REPORTS The driver of a 2000 Jeep was transported and treated at Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia following a one-vehicle crash on KY 61, three miles south of Columbia, KY. The accident occurred at 11:05am, Friday, June 27, 2008. Dellanna H. Murphy, 47, Columbia, KY was southbound on KY 61, lost control of the vehicle in a curve, left the roadway, and struck a tree. The incident was investigated by Trooper Mike Dubree of Columbia State Police Post 15, Colulmbia, KY.
