Obituary: Pearl Yarberry, 71

Mrs. Yarberry was of the Baptist faith, a homemaker, and a member of a respected Adair Co. family

Pearl Yarberry, 71, 474 E. 80 Drive, Columbia, KY, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008, at 7:06amCT, at her home after an illness.

The funeral service is Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 1:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY.



She was born September 19, 2008, the daughter of the late Rev. Gilliam H. and Carrie Ellis Morrison Stotts.

She is survived by her husband, Stanford Yarberry, Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Linda Jennings and her husband Nathan, and Carlotta Yarberry, all of Columbia, KY

  • One son: Stanford Yarberry, Jr., and his wife Lisa of Smiths Grove, KY

  • One sister: Betty Sexton, Columbia, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Holly Yarberry, Adam yarberry, Eric Jennings, and Timothy Jennings

  • And several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Milford Stotts and James Stotts.

Mrs. Yarberry was of the Baptist Faith and a homemaker.

Visitation will be afer 3:00pmCT, Monday, June 23, 2008, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.

Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
