Public Notice: School Board advertising Ag Barn Facility Advertisement for Bids Sealed Bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (except tier rails) necessary to complete the construction of an Agricultural Barn Facility will be received by the Owner, The Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, Kentucky 42728, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time (according to the clock on the receptionist's phone), on July 14, 2008, and will be opened and read aloud in the Board/Conference Room located in the basement. Bidders in good standing submitting Bids directly to the Owner may obtain a set of the Bidding Documents beginning on, June 20, 2008, from Lynn Imaging requesting via their web site http://www.lynnimaging.com/distribution or by calling their Distribution Department at 1.859.226.5850. All Bidders and Sub-Bidders may view the Bidding Documents on the Lynn Imaging web site mentioned above or by contacting Mr. Kirby Hancock at 270.250.4162 or Gregory Eastham Engineering at 270.384.2446. No Bidding Documents will be mailed or packaged for pick-up from the Adair County High School. Bidders must deposit with their Bids security in the amount, form, and subject to, the conditions provided in the Bidding Documents. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
