Big agenda for tomorrow's Planning & Zoning Board The Columbia Planning & Zoning June meeting will have several major items to consider at its Thursday, June 12, 2008, meeting, including a zoning change for Dr. Downey's property on Burkesville Street, the plan for Franklin Street in Holladay Place, consider final site plan for Newcomb Oil in the new shopping center, and consider the site plan for a new 22,000 s.f. strip center by Marketplace Development in Holladay Place. The meeting is open to the public, but has stricter rules on attendance. All present are required to sign a register.
