Big agenda for tomorrow's Planning & Zoning Board

The Columbia Planning & Zoning June meeting will have several major items to consider at its Thursday, June 12, 2008, meeting, including a zoning change for Dr. Downey's property on Burkesville Street, the plan for Franklin Street in Holladay Place, consider final site plan for Newcomb Oil in the new shopping center, and consider the site plan for a new 22,000 s.f. strip center by Marketplace Development in Holladay Place.

The meeting is open to the public, but has stricter rules on attendance. All present are required to sign a register. The complete agenda follows:

The Columbia Planning & Zoning Board has five members, appointed by the Mayor of Columbia and approved by the Columbia City Council. The members are Joe Flowers, Chairman, and Sue Stivers, Anissa Radford, Lloyd French, and George Kolbenschlag.
