2008 Crusade has raised $12,100.00 to date CRUSADE IS COLUMBIA TRADITION: PHOTO Several events are scheduled this weekend; Firemen hope strong finish will raise total for a genuinely great cause. All the money raised in Adair County comes back to Adair County in the form of grants: Dollar for Dollar By Donald Hare, CACFD Public Affairs Officer Here is an update as of noon Tuesday, June 3, 2008.So far. the Columbia Adair Co Fire Department has a running total of around $12,100.00. This accounts for money raised by area churches last Sunday and from our annual Golf Tournament, Trap Shoot, and Pancake fry. We will be out manning roadblocks this Friday from 3-8:00pmCT and on Saturday, June 7, 2008, from 8-4:00pmCT with the live remote to be held at Adair County Elementary School starting at 5:00pmCT, Saturday evening, June 7, 2008.
