Six Adair Countians at LWC in Who's Who

Six Adair County residents were honored Monday afternoon, April 28, 2008, at Lindsey Wilson College. The six students were inducted into Who's Who Among Students American Universities and Colleges by Lindsey Wilson Vice President of Academic Affairs Bettie Starr at a ceremony held in Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center.

The six students honored, and their majors, follow:


  • Michael Bradshaw, an undeclared freshman from Columbia
  • Tiffany Mitchum, an elementary education senior from Columbia
  • Renee Valadez-Ruiz, a business administration junior from Columbia
  • Julie Walker, a Christian ministries and communication senior from Columbia
  • Timothy Wheeler, an elementary education sophomore from Columbia
  • and Jordan Woody, an English and secondary education major from Columbia.
?Who's Who Among Students American Universities and Colleges awards students for scholastic achievements and campus leadership at more than 2,300 colleges and universities in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.
