"We are very excited to have an Adair County student-athlete in our program," Lindsey Wilson Men's Basketball Coach Paul Peck said. "Kalen is a very talented with all the offensive skills to be effective as a collegiate."

Kimberland, a 6-foot guard from Adair High School, averaged 14 points, four assists and four steals per game last season as he helped lead the Indians to a 27-6 record, including a 20th District championship.

"Kalen has played on an outstanding high school team and for an excellent coach in Mark Fudge," Coach Peck said. "We expect big things from Kalen in his Lindsey Wilson career."

Kimberland was named 5th Region Senior Player of the Year during his senior season. He also earned all-district honors last season.

"I really like the friendly atmosphere and beautiful campus at Lindsey Wilson," Kimberland said. "Attending Lindsey will help provide a great opportunity for me to earn my education and improve as a basketball player."
