Leigh Ann Moore is MSC softball pitcher of the week By Chris Wells, LWC Sports Information Director Lindsey Wilson College senior Leigh Ann Moore has been named Mid-South Conference pitcher of the week for the week ending April 13, 2008, according to the conference. Moore won three games last week helping the Blue Raiders to a perfect 6-0 week. Lindsey Wilson is 25-14 on the season. The Dawson Springs, KY, native, allowed just two runs and seven hits while striking out 24 hitters in her 14 innings of work. Moore (12-5) leads the team this season in wins and complete games (12). She is second on the team with a 1.36 earned run average. Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 4:00pmCT on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, as the Blue Raiders host MSC foe University of the Cumberlands at Joe Johnson Field.
