Obituary: James Lloyd (Jimmy) Keltner, 60, Vietnam veteran COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES Mr. Keltner was a member of a large, respected Adair County family, a graduate of Adair County High School and Madison College of Radiology, and had a career in radiology with Medical Center of Bowling Green for over 35 years. Services in Bowling Green, KY will follow funeral of his brother, Glenn David Keltner, in Columbia, KY by one day James Lloyd (Jimmy) Keltner, 60, Bowling Green, KY, formerly of Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, April 4, 2008, at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY, after several weeks illness. Visitation will be Tuesday April 8, 2008, from 4:00pm to 7:00pmCT at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel in Bowling Green, KY. A memorial service will follow at 7:30pm Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Private burial services will take place later. He was the son of the late Lloyd George Keltner of Adair County and is survived by his mother, Glenna Schultz Keltner, Columbia, KY, and the following:
Jimmy was an X-Ray Technician at the Bowling Green Medical Center for 35 plus years. He was a graduate of Adair County High School, a member of the Class of 1966; and a graduate of Madison College of Radiology in Madison, TN, Class of 1972. He was of the Baptist faith and was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War Veteran who served in the medical field from 1966 to 1969.
