JAIS Career Day draws several participants

Career Day was held at John Adair Intermediate School for 4th and 5th graders on Friday, March 28, 2008.

Students were able to choose 5 booths of their interest to visit. They learned valuable knowledge about several different careers and were given many free materials and items.



Family Resource Center coordinated this event and would like to thank all the businesses, individuals, and agencies who took the time to share about their careers with the students.
The following 21 booths were set up for the event:United Citizens Bank,Farm Bureau Insurance, Adair Animal Hospital, Dollhouse Daycare, Lindsey Wilson College, Adair County Health Department, Franklin Motors, Tara's Salon, Columbia City Police, Dr. Janella Brown Dentistry, First and Farmers Bank, Community Trust Bank/Indian Trust Bank students, Duo County Telecom, Family Home Health, Dr. Ronald Rogers, County Attorney Jennifer Hutchinson-Corbin, Prescription Shoppe, Adair Co. Ambulance Service, Central KY Realty, Protection and Permanency, Garrison Construction Company, and .
