"With the warmer weather," Tim Roy said, "we looking to serve more and more people who enjoy the fun experience of eating out and having a picnic at the same time, and," he continued, "we think a lot of people will want a place to stop off on the way to Wednesday night church services." Mr. Roy said his reasoning was that many working couples find it hard to fix supper at home and still have time to get the family to Bible study.
