Arson suspected in Greenbriar Road wildfire By Brandon Harvey, Public Affairs Officer, BAVFD Fourteen Breeding AVFD Firemen responded to a large grass and woodland fire on Friday, March 21, 2008, in southern Adair County, KY. The fire was reported just after 7 o clock on Greenbriar Road, at a location just past the intersection of Greenbriar and Chestnut Flat Road, eight miles south of Independence Road at Fudge Cemetery. Firemen were on the scene for about three hours battling the blaze. Arson is suspected. The Kentucky Division of Forestry was also called to the scene. This story was posted on 2008-03-24 16:33:28
