She leaves 44 living descendants Fannie Elizabeth Tarter, 72, 301 Tutt Street, Columbia, KY, died Sunday, March 16, 2008, at 7:21pmCT, at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 11:00amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Don Taylor officiating. She was the daughter of the late Haskin and Bertha Richards Taylor and a member of the United House of Prayer.She is survived by her husband, Edwin (Tootie) Tarter, Columbia, KY, and the following:
