Feedback: Reader has idea on location of old G.H. Nell home To ColumbiaMagazine.com My husband thinks it is the old Dr. Nell homplace that Slaught (sp??) Coomer owned and where he lived when he was a child. It was at Gradyville, if it is the Dr. Nell farm. He believes it to still be standing. At the time, my husband's family lived on a tenant farm nearby. s/Judy Corbin Click Here to see an old photo of the house, with a story about the Gradyville Flood by Geniece Marcum. The style of the house, with it's gingerbread trim, is akin to the Flowers-Moss (corrected from Rollin Keltner) house, now the home of Mary Keltner, in Gradyville.-ED This story was posted on 2008-03-16 12:15:23
