Obituary: Clara Helen Scott, 86

Mrs. Scott was a member of a respected south Adair County family, a homemaker, and a member of the Breeding United Methodist Church

OBITUARIES

Clara Helen Scott, 86, a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center, formerly of the Sparksville Community, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2008, at 10:16amCT at Westlake Regional Hospital after several weeks illness.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Dooley and John Kohlman officiating.



She was born September 25, 1921.She was preceded in death by her husband, George Butler "Buck" Scott, on February 28, 2000 and by her son, Mark Scott:Mrs. Scott is survived by the following:
  • One daughter in law: Connie Gowen Scott, Columbia, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Natasha Kohlmann & husband John, Raleigh, NC; and Clint Scott, Columbia

  • Two great grandchildren: Jack and Annabella Kohlman

  • And by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends
Mrs. Scott was a member of the Breeding United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery in Breeding, KY.
