Casey Elementary Schools 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Kelly Robertson, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the March 2008 edition of KentuckyTeacher. Kentucky Teacher is a statewide publication sent to every educator in the state by the Kentucky Department of Education. The March edition includes an article by Mrs. Robertson describing the five key components of reading instruction she uses. Mrs. Robertson can be seen using and succeeding with these practices daily in her classroom at Col. Wm. Casey.
