Read Adair County is March 3, 2008, at ACES

EVENTS

Read Adair County will be held March 3, 2008, from 4:30-6:30pmCT at Adair County Elementary School for all children, birth through 8th grade, and their parents or guardians. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Come help us celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday with our seventh annual family reading event. We'll have free pizza and drinks, goody bags for all children given out by The Cat in the Hat,. There will be reading rooms with storybook characters, Bingo for Books, face painting. Accelerated Reading awards will be given to the top readers in each school. Remember to bring a camera and have your picture taken with strolling storybook characters and the official ACHS Indian Mascot. Dress as your favorite storybook character and join in the Parade of Storybook characters! -ELLEN ZORNES, Adair County Schools Coordinator, Title IV.
