Four car pile-up on US 68 results in injury to 1 of 7 occupants POLICE REPORTS One person was treated and released at Springview Hospital in Lebanon following a four vehicle pile up six miles south of Lebanon, KY on US 68 between Lebanon and Campbellsville. The incident occurred just after noon, at 12:22pm, Friday, February 29, 2008. All vehicles involved were traveling west (toward Campbellsville). According to Kentucky State Police, a Christie Stiths, 34, Campbellsville, KY, was operating a 1996 Chevrolet and slowed for an unknown reason. Dale Garen, 57, Seymour, MO, slowed his 2006 Peterbilt to avoid striking a 1997 Chevrolet, operated by Shirley Morris, 63, Campbellsville, KY. The Morris vehicle struck a 2004 Mercury, operated by Catherine Browning, 61, Campbellsville, KY, causing the Morris vehicle to strike the Browning vehicle, which then struck the Stiths vehicle. All occupants were belted or in proper restraints. Shirley Morris was treated and released at Springview Hospital in Lebanon. None of the drivers were injured, nor were these passengers in the Stiths vehicle: Ervin Stiths, 60, White Mills, KY; Devin Stiths, 6 Brandenburg, KY; Kennedy Stiths, 2, Brandenburg, KY.
