Poetry. Rhonda Reliford: So much pain

Rhonda Reliford sent a poem with a note, "I wrote the poem. Maybe someone will read. The Lord gives them to me from time to time. Thought it might help someone out."

The poem follows:

So Much Pain
By Rhonda Reliford

They are sitting around, just staring at the walls.
Like their mind has been put on pause.

They are crying out, but their world is filled with doubt.
No wonder Satan is helping them out.

They are trying so hard to hide from the outside in,
that they have lost track of all their real friends.

They don't know how to ask for help anymore,
they have hit rock bottom, they are down on the floor.

So they think, okay, what have I got left?
I'll end it right now, I''ll just kill myself.

No one will miss me anyway. So they pop some pills,
slit their wrist, or anything else to harm themselves.

They didn' think that someone else might take the time to pray.
Someone found you just in time, the ambulance is on it's way.

The Lord has saved your life, you'll live another day. Now you have the chance to turn your life around.
That good friend you thought you lost, didn't let you down.
Satan has lost another round.

It's time to give your life to Christ, it's time to kneel and pray!
He will take your sins away.
Nothing is worth the cost of taking your life that way
After all it would only be HELL to pay

So much pain, so much to gain.
But, only in God's name.
