Bardstown man, 37, injured, charged after single vehicle wreck

POLICE REPORTS

A single vehicle crash in Columbia KSP Post 15 area which occurred one mile west of Holy Cross on KY 457, at 3:06pmET, on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 resulted in injury and a DUI charge for a 37 year old Bardstown man.


Gerald W. Ball, was westbound on KY 457 in a 1994 Buick when he lost control in a curve, left the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned.

He was treated and released at Springview Medical Center in Lebanon. He was chraged with DUI 2nd and released to his parents due to injury.

A seatbelt was in use.

The accident was investigated by Trooper Donnie Moses of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
