Columbia Police jail two women on drug trafficking charges POLICE REPORTS Two lodged in Adair Regional Jail for crack cocaine trafficking. More arrests expected, CPD says Two Adair County Women were arrested on Sunday, February 17, 2008, at approximately 10:30pmCT, in the limits of Columbia, KY, following an investigation by the Columbia Police Department. Ronda Furkin, 32, Columbia, KY, was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree (crack cocaine), 1st offense. Kelly Miller, 44, Columbia, KY, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree (crack cocaine), 2nd offense. Both women were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Columbia Police Officers Jr. Murphy and Brad Scholl. They were assisted by Columbia Police Sgt. Jason Cross.
