Wear white tonight for Russell County games Game time: Girls 5:30pmCT at Adair County High School Game time: Boys 7:00pmCT at Adair County High School By Julia McQueary Tonight is the last home game of the season for the Lady Indians and Indians. Not only is it a huge game against our rivals the Russell Co. Lakers but many other things will be going on as well. First, everyone is ask to wear white shirts tonight. Adair will be having a total "white out" as we go head to head with the Lakers. Hotprints has white Adair County T-shirts on sale at their store for $8.00. If you don't have one you still have time to go by and get one from Connie! She has plenty made up ready for tonight. Hotprints is also giving away 100 white T-shirts to the first 100 Adair Co. fans through the door tonight. These will be different from the ones she is selling! Tonight will be a very special and somewhat sad night for a group of ACHS athletes as they will play and cheer their final home game. These young men and women will be recognized between the girls and boys game tonight. Please show these kids how proud you are of all that they have given to our sports programs at ACHS. The Adair County High School cheerleaders will be recognized at half time of the boys game. Both squads will be in State competition tomorrow and the blue squad will be leaving for nationals in March. The blue squad will perform their competition routine at half time of the girls game. Also tonight is the ACHS baseball teams $1000.00 give away! Tonight is the last chance to buy a ticket and the money will be given away at half time of the boys game. Everyone is encouraged to come out and support ACHS in the last home game of the season! Don't forget to wear your white shirt!
