Weather, not ice cream, caused this medical condition

With scarcely any advance warning, the scarcity of comments from the COF prompted a direct inquiry to Oracle on High over Knifley. We got this answer:

"Thanks for your kind words and encouragement. Truth is, COF will have to wait for the Spring Thaw for his brain to unfreeze (Mizz Emily says that means it will be an intolerably long winter) and for the denizens of the Ridge to crawl outta hibernation and git up to their usual (again Mizz Emily says Unusual) antics afore there is anything worth puttin a pencil to."It was signed, rather shakily,"The COF"from high on a frozen ridge above beautiful downtown Knifley
