Donna Hancock is First Adair County Recycler of the Month Judge Melton, A.L. Sinclair, and The Adair County Fiscal Court have named Donna Hancock, owner of The Adair Progress, as Recycler of the Month for February 2008. Ms. Hancock will be presented with a plaque and jacket for her outstanding efforts in Recycling at the Tuesday, February 11, 2008, regular meeting of Adair Fiscal Court.
