Edmonton, KY man charged in February 1, 2008 murder

POLICE REPORTS

David L. Endicott, 32, Edmonton, KY, was arrested Friday, February 1, 2008, charged with the murder of John Auburn Smith, which occurred January 29, 2008 in Metcalfe County, KY.



Mr. Endicott was arrested based on eye witness information, according to information from Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY. He has been lodged in the Barren County Jail, Glasgow, KY.

The investigation is continuing while State Police await results from laboratory testing. Additional arrests may be forthcoming pending further investigation, according to Kentucky State Police Post 15.

Det. B.J. Burton of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is continuing the investigation.
