Stotts Construction Company Shepherd waterline project underway George Rice sent two great photographs from the water project pipeline project which is now underway in a big way. The 14" line is part of the system to get water from the Adair County Water Treatment plant at Coburg over to the huge 500,000 gallon water tank at Shepherd on KY 206.
