ENCORE will perform at Disney World, Feb. 21-23, 2008 Adair group one of youngest in nation at Singabration and only Kentucky group at event. By Patty Jones, Principal, Col. Wm Casey Elementary School ENCORE, a group of talented young performers from the Adair County School System, will be performing live in Disney World during the weekend of February 21-23, 2008. The group includes Taylor Burton, Morgan Chamness, Amber Curry, Brittany Curry, Madison Grant, Bailey Harris, Cyera Jamisonm Kelly Jones, Jera Kessler, Makayla Matthews, Elizabeth McGaha, Katie Spoon, Abigail Thompson, and McKenzie Withers. Members of the group are 4th, 5th, and 6th graders in the Adair School system. They, along with their director, Cyndi Crowder, have been invited to participate in Singabration a national festival celebrating music and school choirs. ENCORE will be one of the youngest groups at the event and the only group representing Kentucky. All members will be accompanied by at least one family member on the trip. The final performance for the group while at Disney will take place in front of Cinderellas Castle. The group will also participate in a parade through the park.
