Adair PDB barely has quorum for routine Jan. 2008 meeting

The Adair Justice Center Project Development Board (PDB) needed alternate member Ronnie McCall of the Administrative Office of the Courts to have a quorum, but was able to complete all business before it at its Tuesday, January 29, 2008 regular meeting.

CJE Ann Melton, chair of the PDB, presided, with members Dennis Loy and Marshall Loy, along with McCall approved minutes, and paid bills.

The PDB will continue to function until the new facility is dedicated, Judge Melton said.

Lisa Lee acted as secretary of the meeting.

The Adair Project Development Board membership includes Judge Ann Melton, Circuit Judge James G. Weddle, Fifth District Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey, Circuit Court Clerk Dennis Loy, Kentucky Bar Association Representative Marshall Loy, and Douglas Teague, Administrative Office of the Courts.
