Recycling: Tips on Home System at Wiki-How Who will be the first Adair County Recycler of the Month announced at the February 12, 2008, Adair Fiscal Court meeting? It could be you, but if you like most Adair County home owners, you haven't started a recycling program. While it's just a matter of getting started. Recycling is not rocket science, but many have no idea of what to do to get in the habit of recycling.
