Obituary, Zane Robin VanArsdale, 42, Adair Co., KY native COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES She was a member of the Greasy Creek Baptist Church Mrs. Zane Robin Powell VanArsdale, daughter of the late Raymond Powell and Emily McCorkle Powell, was born on Saturday, October 23, 1965 in Adair County and departed this life on Monday, December 31, 2007 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was 42 years, 2 months and 8 days of age. The funeral services for Mrs. Zane Robin Powell VanArsdale will be conducted at 11:00amCT, Friday, January 4, 2008, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Landon Hadley, Bro. Wilburn Bonta and Bro. Mark Lile will be officiating. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greasy Creek Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Jeffrey Robert "Jeff" VanArsdale on December 31, 1982 who survives. To this union was born a son: Sethary Garrett "Seth" VanArsdale of Greensburg. Other survivors include the following:
Pallbearers: Josh Stilts, Chris Green, Troy Green, Shane Powell, Brent Powell, Bradley Powell. Honorary Pallbearers: Keith Grant, Rodney Powell, Chad Powell, Timmy Green.
