Knock & Talk results in 62 marijuana plant find in Albany The Clinton County Sheriff's Office, along with SGT Johnny Garner of the Albany Police Department and Detective Decker with Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, did an knock and talk at 11:00am, this morning, December 12, 2007, at 504 Tennessee Road in Albany. The officers found 58 marijuana plants in the basement and four plants upstairs. The case is still under investigation.
