Senator McGaha presents special USA flag to CWC

Senator Vernie McGaha provided Col. Wm. Casey Elementary with a flag that flew over the State Capitol in Frankfort.

Sen. McGaha personally delivered the flag to CWC on Tuesday, December 11, 2007.



Noah VanArsdale, a kindergartner in Mrs.Julie Brockmans classroom, assisted the Senator in raising the flag.

Noah is the son of Michelle and Kevin VanArsdale of Columbia.

KENTUCKY STATE SENATOR VERNIE McGAHA and NOAH VANARSDALE raised the new flag at Colonel William Casey School. The flag was secured by Senator McGaha; it is one which has flown over the Kentucky State Capitol in Frankfort.
