Adair County Fiscal Court December 11, 2007 Agenda

The Adair County Fiscal Court has a 31-item agenda for Tuesday evening, December 11, 2007 at 7:00. The court will consider several major items, including an appointment to the board of Westlake Regional Hospital, the county's largest entity. In addition, there will be four appointments to the Adair County Health Department.

Magistrate Terry Hadley will give the Nusiance Ordinance Committee long awaited nusiance ordinance committee report, and, on the same front, there will be a request for changes in the Solid Waste Ordinance.

The court has three items on the agenda related to county roads equipment: 1) A presentation by Jim Dotson of Worldwide Equipment (Mack Trucks), 2) The opening of sealed bids on surplus trucks, 3) a consideration of backhoe bids.

The meeting is open to the public.
