Casey man at UK hospital following handgun accident A Casey County man was transferred to the University of Kentucky Hospital after slipping on a ramp leading to a porch at his residence on O.B. Thomas Road, Liberty, KY. Phillip W. Foley, 85, was first treated at Russell County Hospital for the wound to his left shoulder from a .22. caliber handgun.
