  1. Motion to approve minutes of November 5, 2007 meetings. (MOTION and VOTE)

  2. Citizens comments

  3. Consider request from Chamber of Commerce for an increase in FY 07/08 donation of $5,000.00. This would make a total donation of $15,000.00 (MOTION and VOTE)

  4. City Attorney give 2nd reading Ordinance No. 110.31 as follows:
    Ordinance No. 110.31. An ordinance declaring the City of Columbia's Intent to annex the Greenhills Subdivision into the city. (MOTION and VOTE)

  5. City attorney read Resolution No. 2007-10 (Supporting the "Get Healthy Kentucky Grant Program" application in the amount of $20000.00 With a match of $8000.00 From the city) (MOTION and VOTE).

  6. Mayor announcements.

  7. Council announcements

  8. Adjournment. (MOTION. No second or vote required)
