Taylor Michell Ryan Burton crowned 2007 Duchess With one photo Taylor Michelle Ryan Burton was crowned 2007 Duchess in the eleven year old division and named State Ambassador at the Kentucky State Festival pageant which was held in Lexington at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on November 11, 2007. Taylor also won prettiest hair in her division. Taylor is the daughter of Janet Huckaby and Michael Burton of Columbia.
