Charges against Jerry Anderson dismissed

Yesterday, Tuesday, November 27, 2007, the charges against thevictim's husband, Jerry Anderson, a Cumberland County, KY native, weredismissed without prejudice.



The action took place in Gastonia, NC, the site of the murder trialwhich ended in a hung jury on July 20, 2007. The jury had voted 11-1for acquittal.
