Gas Price Drumbeat: Try car-pooling To the Editor, CM: Hey, I have a suggestion for all those being hurt by the rise in gas prices. If you know someone who lives fairly close to you that you work with, try car-pooling to work. You drive one week and they can drive the next, or get a bunch of people that you work with to meet somewhere and do the same. That means your car is off the road everyday for at least a week or more depending on how many people you can round up. Every little penny helps in times like these. Just a thought. s/Felicia Contact information on file This story was posted on 2007-11-10 15:16:20
