Adair County High School students showed very improved scores for the 2006-2007 CATS results. There were 154 sophomores and 141 members of the junior class who achieved one or more distinguished or proficient ratings.

"We are extremely please with the gains in our CATS scores this year," Principal Troy Young said, adding "Although we are not yet where we want to be, I feel we are heading in the right direction. It just shows that when teachers and students work together to achieve a common goal that success is inevitable."
