Absentee balloting at the courthouse Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair reminds voters that the absentee voting machine in the Adair Annex is open today, Friday, November 2, 2007, during regular office hours. Persons who will be out of the county on election day and who are otherwise qualified can vote on the absentee machine on Friday, November 1 and 2, and Monday, November 5, from 8:00am until 4:00pmCT. Voters can also vote on Saturday, November 3, 2007, from 8:30am until noonCT. The deadline for applications for absentee paper ballots has passed. Paper ballots will be accepted as late as during the day on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. The office of Sheila Blair, Adair County Court Clerk, is located in the Adair Annex Building.
