Three more names added to Veterans List


VETERANS DAY, legal holiday & holiday observed, 2007: Remember: Sunday, November 11, 2007 is Veterans Day, a Legal U.S. Public Holiday; Monday, November 12, 2007; Veterans Day observed. Please send observances to events if they are not already listed at EVENTS

Alice Robinson, Mooresville, IN, has added two names to the list of Adair County veterans. She wrote,


"Thank you for putting this list of names on Columbia Magazine.

"My brother in law, Chester M Bennett, served in Germany during the Vietnam War. He served from 1966 through1968. He now lives in Glasgow KY."Also my nephew. Richard Neal Smith, is with the U.S. Army, serving in Iraq. He has been in the Army for two years.He is home now visting family and friends. His father, Odell Smith, Is on your list. Thank you so much for what you are doing with the ColumbiaMagazine. It helps me keep up with what's going on back home."
