Heather Evans with the Green River Animal Shelter sent a photo of a big, handsome, bossy looking Blue Russian cat, with this note, "This cat was picked up on Willis Street. He is well fed and neutered. I hope the owner can see him on your site and come retrieve him," she wrote. From all appearances, the owners had better get over get to the shelter quickly if they want to stay in his good graces. Though he is being well treated, he appears to be fed up with confinement at the shelter--none too happy at the prospect of a Halloween away from the home he has so generously shared with you.
