ACRD will get demonstration of Asphalt Zipper Special ColumbiaMagazine.com story There will be a demonstration today, at 12:00noonCT, Friday, October 4, 2007 at the Adair County Road Department starting of an Asphalt Zipper The Asphalt Zipper is a device which attaches to a front end loader and can be used to remove up to one mile of blacktop road in one day. The material would be recycled for repaving. The Asphalt Zipper will then be taken to Hutchison Road for the ACRD and Adair Fiscal Court to see it in action.
